| Comment | What is the current percentage to offer over home report value? I am looking for 2 or 3 bed in the West end. I have not bought in 15 years so have no idea. I tried tracking places on right move and then trying to find the sold price on ROS but finding it hard to match them.
I want to start seriously looking but don't want to waste the time of estate agents, viewing, lawyer and me if I am looking at the wrong price. I know my budget and the areas. Just need a hint on the percentage to be ball park.. |
