It's not real evidence, but this morning I was walking and thought there were a tonne of for sale signs around. I haven't seen that for a long time because normally they aren't on the market for very long.
In my building there have been two flats for sale - one went almost immediately, and the other has been listed for about 3 months. So really, I'm no help at all here!
