I'd imagine it would depend on the interest and the flats location. 20 flats 60 folk who show interest then say out the 60 maybe 5 or 6 want to the 2 penthouses at the top. Developer will take as much as they can I would imagine why sell a flat for 80k if the buyers are willing to 120k kinda thing.
