Thanks, this is really helpful. I'm nervous because I feel like the reason I am looking now, as opposed to a year from now, is because we can't find a rental with a dog. So that part makes me nervous. But I love the flat, it has a great EPC rating, and it's a 3rd floor walk-up so my parents and in-laws can never visit. That's probably worth an extra 10% right there.
