Just keep going until you get a deal, I went for 9 houses in the last 2 years never went over 10 percent over the home report and only did if it was in excellent condition, eventually got one at 7 percent over because the 2 higher offers ended up pulling out. You don’t need to go mega high if you are patient, eventually circumstances will mean you’ll fall into a deal.
