| Comment | Yup, gas central heating! The EPC rating is E, which isn’t the issue. The issue is the EPC report says the ‘potential’ rating is still within the E bracket if we actioned the list of 4 recommendations. I would have thought it would at least bump us up to D or something :( So I’m trying to gauge what other actions we can take to try bump it up a little. Checking the EPC reports of our neighbours was super useful though. At least I know what’s achievable now :) |
