Comment	Over peak lockdown and Christmas/new year 2020/21 we had an offer accepted mid November and didn't get the keys til mid march as that was the date the seller had set as a final deadline for their forward purchase in the chain Due to multiple factors compounded by lockdown and the conveyancer our own inexperience, it took ages to get all the paperwork through for the mortgage at our end. Nearly lost the flat as the seller nearly lost patience, but didn't in the end thankfully.
