| Comment | All joking aside, I highly doubt that you'll be able to get any sort of compensation from them for your daughter missing one act. Tickets to gigs and festivals often come with the caveat in the T&C's that they "withhold the right to reject your entry for whatever reason they deem necessary and without compensation". Whilst I acknowledge that's not directly related to your complaint, they do state that purchasing the ticket does not guarantee entry.
When I think about it, they'll probably reply with something along the lines of "the queues were caused by increased security checks" or something like that. |
