I bought a new bed because I wanted a King and couldn't find one in a charity shop, and the new bed and frame were more than the sofa, lounge chair, ottoman, dining table, dining chairs, 3 end tables, and 2 night stands that I bought at British Heart Foundation all combined.
Bonus: Ikea sofas are really hard when they're new, but the samples feel softer from people sitting on them all the time. With charity shops, what you sit on is what you get. |
