Glasgow City Council no longer holds any housing stock.

Housing stock is split into LHA's local housing associations so depending on where you wish to live you would be best to do two things.

1st present as homeless to your local office. You'll be assessed and categorised in terms of need. Where you wish to be housed.

Young single males go to the back of the queue. Unless you're assessed as vulnerable in some way and given a section 5 category. This will allow you to jump queues (I would look online or go to Shelter for support with this)

You'll be given a number where you use this to bid weekly on available housing.

2nd attend some of your local housing offices and get your name on their lists. Again, young single males back of the queue.

In housing law a young single male is someone aged 18-35.
