Comment | [University of Glasgow Library](https://www.gla.ac.uk/myglasgow/library/visitors/#applyforavisitorspass) has quiet rooms in the higher floors for secluded study/meetings. The lower floors allow quiet chat and they’re usually not that busy during the summer as most undergraduates are away.
You can usually apply for a day visitor pass, however the website is saying that’s not an option due to Covid restrictions.
It’s possible this is incorrect and they haven’t updated the website. It wouldn’t hurt for you to call the welcome desk and ask.
If you do end up at GU library, double check you can access their wifi network Eduroam. You usually need a university email and password to access it. |
