| Comment | It still astonishes me the amount of people who drive into town. One of the main reasons I wanted to work in town was to give up the car.
I try and walk/run and the traffic is horrendous. Cars/ vans even buses having near misses beeping their horns pumping out diesel.
Yet, after my experiences with public transport I cannot blame them. Trains and buses are overcrowded. As for using your own power, there are no nice routes into town. You have to walk along main roads breathing in horrible air. If it rains buses soak you.
Glasgow is fucking grim as a pedestrian. |
