Your food will be cold for 3 reasons.
1. The person didn't properly close their thermal bag or uses a shit thermal bag. Most of the time these are car drivers as if a cyclist doesn't close their bag, the food will fall out.
2. They're multi apping. They'll be running uber eats, deliveroo, just eat at the same time. They'll take another order on a different app before they've delivered their original order. It makes them more money, but it takes more time.
3. This is probably the most likely option. The restraunt left your food out. Places like McDonald's and GDK will have a tonne of orders and there won't be enough riders. Loads of food sits on a shelf - sometimes for up to half an hour. |
