Also, instead of being passive aggressive, dumping the food and taking a picture he could have explained to the customer why he was not to blame. People order from an app, they don't necessarily know who is responsible for what. It's not that far fetched to think the delivery person checks everything is there before picking up.
As I said before, every customer facing role faves abuse. You learn to deal with it if you want to continue doing your job, you don't act like a bitter cunt. |
