Unusual for Yippon to make a mistake. They are pretty good and efficient in there. I reckon there was more than one bag for the order and it was still in the restaurant as they never gave it to you.
I bet it was a top flat as well. All deliveries in Dennistoun are top flats and when you get there the delivery can’t be completed because there is no phone signal.
I think in all fairness you need to handle issues like that a bit better. Been there myself and as others have said you just need to briefly explain that you don’t inspect the food and that the restaurant is responsible for packing stuff up. Just apologise and move on. |
