As well as Monorail, Love Music and Missing, I just found Last Night From Glasgow in the Hidden Lane in Finnieston. Very cool wee shop (and not all just Glaswegian music!) McChuills on the High Street often have a wee box at their door too - mostly northern soul if I remember right.
