Probably because Justeat pay more. I remember a Justeat guy showing me a job he had. It was like £7 for a less than two mile drop. Uber currently pays £3-£3.50 for this kind of distance.

Granted this was like a year ago. The cost of living increases and the apps pay less and less since the pandemic.
