yes, but we can all agree that the responsibility doesn't lie with the paying customer (of which we all are at some point) to accept incorrect orders (regardless of who is at fault) and then struggle ridiculously to get a refund from Uber or Deliveroo or the Merchant.

Ive had two instances where I accepted a wrong order, and had a genuine nightmare getting my money back (one took 2 weeks, the other an almost 2 hour phone call) - whereas if the order is refused at door, deliveroo or uber mark as undelivered and the refund is automatic.
