| Comment | Fair enough. Yeh maybe it was a poor quality staff member and as you say they are usually very good. Almost every time the food is ready.
On occasion I have gone back to the restaurant, I did it the other night as a Happy Meal was missing. The customer was like 0.5 from the restaurant. Obviously it's not something that you are expected to do. It often ends up in a tip and sometimes a free can of juice from the restaurant but bugger all from Maccies. I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I pointed out the mistake. I asked for some extra fries to pacify the customer as she was quite annoyed and I was point blank refused. Didn't even get an apology or thanks from them.
