| Comment | Made an offer on a flat to the owner, she accepted it, my solicitor made a formal offer to the agent, who also accepted it and said they would mark it as "under offer" on their site, but a few hours later they got a better offer and then tried to get me to increase my offer. I did, by a tiny amount, but the agent has not marked the flat as "under offer" on the agency website, so it seems clear to me they are still taking offers. Is this totally fucked or just par for the course? |
