| Comment | This is a problem the entire UK is experiencing at the moment, there is a shortage of properties for rent as many landlords have been selling their properties to buyers over the past 12 months or so. The housing market is still booming which means these are getting eaten up quickly while renters are being left behind.
Unfortunately there is not much you can do other than know it's not just you and, hopefully, it will improve in the longer term. But as a renter, people are having to pay over the odds at the moment if they can get a viewing. |
