Do you think that STV news, fox, sky, the tabloids and newspapers don’t also spread misinformation. The naivety that just the BBC is complicit in those acts is boggling.
The BBC as a public body should be held accountable for those past actions, and they can be, because they are publicly owned. The issue is with the government not wanting to and the positions at the BBC being filled with sympathetic political figures.
Like pal you’re on reddit, using their platform generating them income, while they allow some dreadful things to occur. Like where do you draw the line ?
Without the BBC, much like without the NHS, we would all be worse off as a collective. And yes we should hold them accountable and once and for all solve all those dreadful things they let happen. |
