I completely stopped giving a shit in my last year of uni. Just barely scraped a 2.1, and that on the strength of my 3rd year results. But it was a STEM subject, so there was no shortage of companies hiring graduates like me.
Incidentally, I've been working as an engineer for the last 3 years. I didn't get an engineering degree.
