If you're into brunch, Bag O' Nails does an amazing full veggie breakfast, as does Old Salty's. Tribeca also has nice veggie brunch options (can you tell I love brunch?!) and My Home Bakery has great cakes. Meadow Road also good as someone else mentioned. Little Curry House is amazing for Indian food and they do takeaway too.
