| Comment | By definition are they actually homeless?, By that I mean do they not have a roof over their head when they go to sleep?. The amount of rough sleepers in town has certainly increased but even then it's a fraction of those you see begging in town.
There was that Celtic/Irish beggar on Buchanan st who got jailed recently who lived with his folks so was very much not homeless. |
