Poorly maintained is right - the lanes along great western road can’t be cleaned by streetsweepers bc of the barriers and they’re awful when it’s wet, and there’s a tonne of lanes that haven’t been resurfaced since they were installed and they’re unusable. It’s obvious that none if it is getting thought through properly.
