I’ve never really drank so the idea of having a lifestyle so focused on booze is foreign to me.

When I go out, I’ll stick to tea/coffee in cafes, mocktails in bars. I’ve a major sweet tooth so dessert shops are a go to.

For hobbies, I’m pretty boring. Reading, walks around the city and parks, museums (highly recommend the Burrell collection) and gym. The occasional badminton meet-up with a local group for more socialised sports.

Day trips to areas in Scotland (love me a Loch) are a great to get out and enjoy yourself too.

I used to volunteer to pass time but I don’t have that luxury anymore. It was great to meet people I normally wouldn’t see in my life & help the community.

Picking up a hobby is a good shout too. It may be difficult adjusting to a new lifestyle but I reckon you’ll be fine
