| Comment | It's not about poverty it's about entitlement, the amount of people I've seen drop litter next to their kids and say leave it it's someone else's job to do that. Enough people generally believe that the council tax is enough to pay for someone to literally walk behind them and pick up their shit.
I think it would help a bit to educate people more on where council tax money goes and how much it would cost to have street cleaners on near enough every street. Also just got to start fining people who do drop litter. Council really are bad at communication and they could probably do with educating people more about this. |
