I wouldn't say either way is considered correct which is why I said it may not be a popular opinion, I think opinion is fairly divided on whether it is ok to do. When cycling around town I would say its 50/50 on how many cyclists wait vs run and if you aren't comfortable doing something definitely don't do it. Mostly just wanted to call out the quite traffic centric view of cyclists being a nuisance |
