The cloudy weather and the early darkness in winter. On the flip side it gets dark at like 10pm on average in summer. And like others say, the accent/ lingo will take time to understand. Although most people will make it easier for you if they realise you're from another country. And some people will be easy to understand anyway. Its a spectrum.
