| Comment | I can't speak for everyone, cause I was here on a student visa then met my wife so that was my reason, but there is this new sort of work visa being promoted and a lot of people who are able to are using that to move to the UK bc the US is a shit show. So idk if it's just Glasgow or people moving to the UK in general, my sister is going to go for one of those visas but plans to stay in the London area. Glasgow is one of the more affordable cites so if there are more people moving up here than down there, that will probably be part of it. |
