| Comment | I'm from Spain, where garbage bins and waste disposal in public areas is collected at night. We also have (at least in my city) a designated time where the rubbish from the flats can go in the communal bin, also usually when the Sun is down. This way it doesn't sit thought rotting in the Sun the following day. Why is this not implement during the summer in the UK? |
