Speaking to a pal from NY about this and he said a bunch of people are leaving after the abortion ban now so possibly that for the Americans. Can't speak for the Canadians though, not a scooby what's sending them over here although the ones I've met so far are all retired so possibly a change of scenery for their retirement?
