They are mainly trailer units that set up close to industrial areas where they will get a lot of business selling breakfast and lunch to workers, or set up outside event arenas where they get high footfall in a short space of time.
You’ll need to get various licenses and certificates in order to operate legally.
And word of warning. There is a poster on here who’s nemesis is the burger van man. If you set up on his Shawlands street, expect lots of angry-creepy stares from his window. |
