If you can't answer that one yourself it's amazing you can get out of bed in the morning, let alone get the scratch together to buy a fucking house.
Edit: I'll add to that, so I'm not being a total cunt, I put in a low offer on mine in a very high demand part of town, 7k over valuation which was very low as they were going for more than double that over. I didn't think I'd get it, the solicitor didn't think I'd get it, in fact I didn't really want it, but they took it because it was joint lowest and I was first time. |
