I'm mid 30's and thinking the same atm. Getting so wound up with the div who's moved into the flat below. Music gets so loud and there's no consideration of people above or below him. He leaves his bins outside his flat door for days/ a week instead of taking them down to the actual bins. Asked him to keep the music down the other week and it's just ignored
