Our council area has a noise team; they’ve been completely useless since lockdown, but their job is to investigate noise complaints in the council area regardless of who owns the buildings. May be worth looking into it—or logging a noise complaint with the police. The police sometimes tell you to go to the council first, but hopefully those are some options for you :) |
