They are awful, I wonder if you are in the same property we were years back, moldy shower room, and when they came for an inspection their checklist of things to clean for it were completely excessive and unreasonable. They complained on inspection that there was dust on the skirting boards, and that they’d be returning to check them! Not caked in dust or anything, and we were still living there/they weren’t doing viewing or anything. Bad experience and wouldn’t rent from them again either. |
