Yes it does. I have already spoken to a solicitor about this but sure I'll [direct you to the PRT](https://i.imgur.com/A5NI8JT.png) so you can see for yourself.

If the cooker was broken on day 1, then there should be a reduction in rent otherwise it has not been sufficiently tested. The likelihood of a cooker breaking within 1-2 days randomly is astronomically low.

I don't understand how it can get more black and white than that, without being rude.
