By posting the question my eyes have been opened, I ignorantly and purposefully don’t pay too much attention to US news outlets anymore. As a child, I truly thought it was the great place on earth and all I wanted to do was live there. The older I get, the more sickened I am by the actions of so many there, many of which you’ve eloquently highlighted.
Healthcare is almost a commodity in the US, you certainly didn’t ask for such a horrific thing to happen to you, let alone have to foot a bill that would bankrupt most. It’s diabolical and I don’t blame you one minute for saying eff this and going somewhere you hopefully feel safe and now call home.
I don’t feel disrespected, I’m a nippy sweetie or as others may put it a cheeky cunt hahaha! Please don’t stress any further about it and thank you for some personal insight, it was more than enlightening!
