I agree. I think this would curb some excessive drinking to be honest. If folk were allowed to continue sitting outside on warm nights they'd probably drink at a slower pace than if they all piled into a club when the beer gardens closed. Obviously the noise concern is an issue but on weekends they should extend it to 12, I think that's a reasonable compromise.
