Just next to me there are a whole swathe of retail units that have been vacant for years (and judging by the mouldy signage, have been that way for a decade or two)
In the past year or so, they've all re-opened and filled with independent businesses - tattoo parlour, ice cream shop, hairdresser, cafe etc |
