| Comment | It hasn't been invaded by money because of the unfair setup of the Union. Sky Sports are the main (and often only) sports broadcaster for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. But they completely forget that and only focus on their own English football. Which is understandable as they are based in London, I'd only focus on Scottish football if it was me, but it means we've had the short end of the straw for 30 years now. I've got a programme from the late 80s in which it is discussed how Rangers have far superior buying power to Man U.
We could also get into literal hundreds of millions pumped into football by the government that is solely distributed to English teams (through The Football Foundation) despite supposedly being a British scheme.
Yous bought your footballing success and continue to do so. Anything we achieve means so much more because of that.
