I had to go back to it for a while when I moved back to the UK last year and I got about 200 quid a month in tips and it helped a lot during that transition period . The industry was fucked term time or holiday time for staff . Happy to be back on my preferred track work wise because even with the tips the effort put out wasn’t worth compensation
