Like the other guy said where do you draw the line? Does everyone have to be perfect?
It then becomes how do we stop the massive strain on the nhs from x self inflicted problem? Smokers with fucked lungs? Charge them. Alcoholics with fucked livers? Charge them. Herion addicts? Charge them double for all the expensive morphine and mephedrone they need. Boy racers driving too fast in their motor? Well yer getting charged mate, should've been doing the speed limit.
Where does it stop?
I'll tell you where it stops - if the nhs can't cope with the strain, we need to fucking fund it. Simple as that.
The current "broken system" is a lot less broken than the one you're proposing. |
