Comment | Clydebank shopping centre is also full of empty units. It’s a shopping centre, it’s more comparable to say Braehead/Silverburn than it is the high street. There’s also beggars in Clydebank outside of Asda, sometimes the co-op and the actual retail park. Glasgow city centre isn’t dying because people are begging, it’s due to high rates and shit/expensive parking. The pedestrianised area of Sauchiehall street and the fires also contributed. |
