| Comment | On the flip side I'm in a 7/4 block in a similar setup, so the HA (Queens Cross) always gets yes votes - but they've been great at proactively getting work done, it's always really cheap using their in-house teams, and for minor stuff they've basically just written off the cost altogether as it's not worth their time billing the 4 (e.g. we never get charged for any inspection work, even if its requested by a private owner).
