Comment | Get a foundation credit card, use it for the things you would have paid on your debit card, pay it off immediately (within the statement period), gradually your CC provider will raise your credit limit as they see you are a good at managing your account. Your credit score will increase with the increased credit available as long as you are not using all of that available credit.

They will go over every single detail of your accounts for the last 6 months, so you want to be showing that you are good with money. No major gambling purchases (bookies, lottery), no reckless spending in pubs and clubs, no bank transfers to/from mates for “hookers” / “prop” / “10 inch dildos” etc. |
