I’ve never had a pt before and not sure what to expect..is it normal to do a lot of standing about chatting between exercises? I don’t earn a shit tonne of money so I wonder if someone who’s less strapped for cash would care less about that part? I would do it myself except I didn’t have a clue where to begin, and have had back issues so didn’t want to injure myself. It’s a minefield! |
