For years when I was younger I'd have to chop and change my medication to differ it from the previous year.
Only thing that worked during that period consistently was 'Avymys' its a nasal spray. 1 squirt per day per nostril. Flexfenadine as other have said is also really great.
oh and I have an eye spray just to freshen them up too if its a really scratchy day. |
